734901_561766397181424_490265620_nA couple weeks back I posted about a talk I gave for A Blade of Grass entitled Aesthetics of Doing: Effectiveness… that in addition to a Parsons/New School graduate course in Design Management that has taken on Lanchonete.org as client have kept me on my toes (this Winter), learning how to articulate the Lanchonete.org project in clear, more succinct terms.  On the other hand, enrolling in the Colors Hospitality & Opportunities for Workers (CHOW) Institute and receiving training from the Restaurant Opportunities Center – New York (ROC-NY) for the past five weeks has helped me to understand many other aspects of the project, and I graduated yesterday with my Front of the House diploma … WOOHOO!!
